Rektron guides you to maintain your company's quality system through our skilled and efficient support staff. Our support technicians answer general questions regarding our products, help you to find new opportunities and optimize the use of the system in your factory environment. Further you can get quick support for smaller adjustments in your system as well as corrections of faults due to Rektron products.
 
Services not included in the free support are education, special adaptations, reinstallations or questions regarding data analyses with underlying theories. There are however possible to get help in all those matters through our service groups.
