Secure delivery

As an addition to delivery of our quality assurance system we also provide our customers with deeper technical support at the delivery date, in order for us to make sure that the customer's quality program project is accomplished in an efficient way and to a minimal cost. Rektron’s technical support is staffed with competent engineers that are familiar with the manufacturing industry’s real world and actual needs.


Service groups

Rektron’s different service groups are made up of  technicians with experience of the manufactoring industries challenges and technical quality requirements. They are available to support you in a successful implementation of your quality assurance program. Three groups are providing their support at different stages of the implementation of the project.
  • The project planning group helps you elaborate the most cost effective and suitable solution for you. This lays the foundation for a versatile implementation of the system and leads up to the goal of the project are achieved swiftly.
  • The installation group installs and implements Rektron’s system and adapts it to live up to the company’s demands. With a genuine experience of installations in different environments lays the foundation for a reliable system.
  • The educational group contributes with regular information and educations, either in our training facilities or on-site in your production environment.


Customization

Even though the width and scale ability of Rektron’s quality assurance system, many of our customers requires special customizations as powerful improvement steps in the quality work. Rektron AB can design and develop add-on modules with new functionality, create connections to MPS systems, integrate special hardware and complex reports in consultation with the customer. Our development department consists of system engineers and programmers with great experience of powerful and flexible software solutions with focus on user friendliness.


Remote installation via the Internet

For straightforward installations and upgrades Rektron provides the possibility to do this over the Internet. This does of course require the approval by the customer and to a certain extent also practical help during the connection setup.
