Rektron SQC

Rektron SQC is a broad platform for statistic quality assurance. The system provides a set of tools for everything between measure data collection, process control and analysis. Measure data can be entered in many ways, both manual and automatic. Key numbers for the quality of the process are reported during on-going process and control signals can control automated production lines. Relevant information is then easily retrieved from the data set for reports and analyses.

Rektron DARG is an analysis and report tool for Rektron SQC. The tool makes it possible to easily perform advanced searches and selections in measure data, to produce reports or to export data to external analysis tools.

Rektron FMEA

Rektron FMEA is an accessible and customized tool to produce failure modes and effects analyses. The work to create and follow up the analyses is often hard and time consuming, and the fundamental idea of the program is to make this work more effective.

Rektron Gauge

Rektron Gauge is a complete gauge register that makes the handling of your gauges and tools simple and effective. To each gauge you can connect instructions and drawings, store tolerances and calibration data, as well as observing wear trends and watching piece lists for composite fixtures. You can also use the register for machines, drawings etc.
