All costs are during the start-up of the project and are depreciated when the process is implemented. Knowledge transfer to the system owner will be done through our concept of educating Super Users.

During the implementation phase we install the quality assurance system SQC in periods and the relevant education of operators is held during respective period. We document the start phase and the customer benefits of every step are shown in the visiting reports. During the tuning all modules that have been installed and all education that have been done are presented - No hidden costs!
